Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. You'll be charged in full if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice.

Yes,
I need written consent from both parents or guardians + Child assent in a way that fits his/her age. -
I keep all records of the sessions in safe physical places or in secured data servers.
I destroy or erase all records 3 years after the last session.
Clients` names are never disclosed.

I can only work with someone who is willing to, and only on the topics he/she wants to work on. The only exceptions are when the client can't give approval themselves — for example, if they're in a coma or under 4 years old. In both cases, I'll need consent from close family.

Yet it's hard to predict, since your mind, life purpose, karma, and other factors all shape your progress. I'll do my best to recommend a schedule for your next sessions, or let you know if it's a good time to take a break and experience life for a while before booking more.

I usually use either English or French. I can also use some Mandarin Chinese if necessary.

Even if we say that the therapist only contributes to 20% of the work, we still bring our own unique touch to the painting. We can discuss together about other therapy modalities to be conducted after or in addition to our work together. I might also suggest to you some professional and supportive colleagues to support you along your journey whenever necessary.
It's all handled on a case-by-case basis.
