Getting settled for the online session

Please make sure that you are :

  • Be fully present in the moment,

  • Have drinking water and tissue nearby,

  • Settle in a very peaceful and quiet room with nobody around for the entire session,

  • Keep Microphone close to your mouth (earphones are best),

  • Set the Camera showing your entire face,

  • Seat Comfortably or half lie down
