Professional Services Disclaimer

Thank you for choosing to work with me. This document explains the nature of my services, your rights and responsibilities as a client, and the limitations of our work together. Please read it carefully before commencing any sessions.

By booking or participating in a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Nature of Services

I provide therapeutic, coaching, healing, and wellbeing services designed to support personal growth, emotional wellbeing, self-awareness, resilience, and holistic development.

Depending on the service selected, sessions may include one or more of the following:

  • Psychotherapy or counselling (where provided within my professional qualifications and applicable licensing requirements)

  • Integrative therapeutic approaches

  • Mindfulness and meditation

  • Somatic awareness techniques

  • Breathwork (where appropriate)

  • Energy healing

  • Spiritual guidance

  • Trauma-informed wellbeing practices

  • Stress management

  • Personal development coaching

Not all services constitute regulated psychotherapy or healthcare.

Certain healing modalities, including but not limited to energy healing, spiritual practices, intuitive guidance, and holistic wellbeing approaches, are considered complementary practices. These services are intended to support wellbeing and are not recognised as medical treatments.

No Medical Advice

My services do not constitute:

  • medical diagnosis

  • psychiatric diagnosis

  • medical treatment

  • psychological testing

  • emergency mental health care

  • prescription of medication

Nothing discussed during a session should be interpreted as a substitute for advice or treatment provided by a physician, psychiatrist, psychologist, or other licensed healthcare professional.

You should always seek appropriate medical care regarding any physical or mental health condition.

Do not discontinue medication or medical treatment without consulting your treating healthcare provider.

Complementary and Holistic Healing Disclaimer

Energy healing, intuitive work, spiritual guidance, meditation, and related holistic practices are complementary wellbeing approaches.

These services:

  • are not scientifically guaranteed

  • may not produce specific outcomes

  • should not be interpreted as medical treatment

  • should not replace evidence-based healthcare

  • may involve subjective personal experiences

No guarantees are made regarding physical, emotional, financial, relational, or spiritual outcomes.

Individual experiences vary.

Psychotherapy and Counselling

Where psychotherapy or counselling is provided, it is offered within the scope of my education, professional training, competence, and applicable legal requirements.

Therapy may involve discussing difficult emotions, memories, trauma, relationships, and life experiences.

While many clients experience benefits, therapy can sometimes temporarily increase emotional discomfort before improvement occurs.

No specific results can be guaranteed.

Coaching Disclaimer

Where coaching services are provided, coaching focuses on future goals, personal development, accountability, decision-making, and performance.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or healthcare.
